First Contact – SmartBit
Everything starts with an introductory meeting via Microsoft Teams. At this meeting, we briefly present our solutions and listen to your challenges. We also arrange a visit to your company headquarters, where we get to know your work processes, warehouse, and key challenges in more detail.
Planning and Customization
After the initial meeting, we define the goals and strategy together. Once the project is underway, we manage all activities and documentation in the Confluence platform, while communication takes place via Slack. We also set up a test environment where we begin developing solutions tailored to your company:

Documentation: The key to independence
The implementation of the Confluence documentation system was an important step for us. Each client has access to their own documentation, which includes:

- custom instructions,
- project plan.

- Quick access to all important information.
With good documentation, we have reduced support needs by 25%! Users can find answers on their own, which shortens the time required to resolve issues and enables uninterrupted work. If problems do arise, we have our well-known Helpdesk – where we resolve issues over the phone or provide solutions via email.
Training and support
During implementation, we are always available via phone, Teams, or Slack. In addition, we conduct training sessions, which can take place at the client’s company or remotely. Our goal is for employees to master the system by the end of the project, and should any questions arise, all necessary instructions are always at hand.
