We begin the implementation with an introductory meeting, usually via Microsoft Teams, where we learn about your needs, challenges, and goals. If necessary, we also visit your company to observe your processes in practice.

Solution Planning
Based on the analysis, we prepare an implementation plan. Together, we identify key challenges, objectives, and the most suitable solutions — such as WMS, logistics processes, sales dashboards, inventory management, or other customizations.

System Configuration and Preparation
We adapt the solution to your processes and prepare it for use with ERP PANTHEON. This includes configuring settings, establishing data connections, and enabling the functionalities users need for their daily work.
