Yes. The solutions are fully integrated into ERP PANTHEON and operate directly on the PANTHEON database, enabling complete inventory synchronization without the need to transfer data between different systems. For access and user identification, @SmartBit solutions use PANTHEON authorization, ensuring unified, secure, and transparent work across the entire environment.
Our solutions are developed specifically for ERP PANTHEON users, so they are not generic systems that first need to be adapted to a company’s core business logic. They are designed from the ground up to understand PANTHEON data, processes, and ways of working. SmartBit is a development partner of Datalab, which means we develop our solutions in close connection with the ERP PANTHEON ecosystem. This allows us to ensure better compatibility, more stable performance, and lower risk when the system changes or is upgraded. Another important advantage is the automated testing of our solutions. This means that functionalities are regularly checked and aligned with new and updated versions of ERP PANTHEON. That is why upgrades do not bring unpleasant surprises: the solutions remain up to date, tested, and ready to use even with new versions of ERP PANTHEON.
To use WMS@SmartBit, you need ERP PANTHEON and a scanner. We support all Android scanners. For all other solutions, you only need ERP PANTHEON.
The start of implementation depends on our team’s availability. Usually, we can start the project within 4–6 weeks. The implementation time depends on the scope of work and the size of the company.
The implementation includes training hours, and we also provide recordings and user instructions tailored to your users.
