With the implementation of the WMS@SmartBit system, we have achieved a breakthrough in the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations:
- Paperless processes: The process from sales to dispatch is now completely digitized (SalesDashboard@SmartBit). This ensures less administrative work, increases process speed, and ensures that errors are the exception.
- Additional information is no longer part of a note, but its own data: Additional information (delivery dates, contact details, customer confirmations, etc.) are now individual data points that are manageable and visible throughout the entire process.
- Integrated logistics and notification: WMS@SmartBit enables connection with advanced logistics solutions. This improves coordination and responsiveness, as well as better customer communication.
- Optimization of procurement processes: Procurement automation and inventory management are tailored to our needs. The process is executed faster and improves our procurement. In addition to sales requirements, the procurement process takes minimum inventory levels into account.
- Precise and controlled warehouse transactions: With WMS@SmartBit Lite, we avoided using bin locations in the first phase, but we improved efficiency and accuracy via terminals; above all, once the work on the terminal is completed, the data in ERP Pantheon is finalized.
