For the company Fornix, the slogan written on their website applies: “Simplify is our claim.” The philosophy that defines the company is to simplify the entire business, technology structure and organization, as well as relationships with customers and partners.
Since 2017, when we started working for Fornix, we can say that Lean production has become a reality for them. Processes are optimized, and their company works with all major automotive brands.
With the Pantheon ERP solution and our additional SmartBit solutions MNF@SmartBit, MES@SmartBit, and WMS@SmartBit, as well as auxiliary APP Smartbit solutions, we have established an efficient information system. Processes between sales, procurement, and production are therefore efficient and properly distributed, which allows for greater clarity in work.

MNF@SmartBit is used in manufacturing as a link between sales and production, as well as a tool for production planning and scheduling. Production planning is carried out according to the Master Production Scheduling (MPS) system, information on resource capacity utilization is obtained, production planning is enabled, and based on this information, human resource requirements are determined. At the same time, we rely on the Pantheon product to provide data related to the material supply of production.
Production monitoring is carried out through direct production entry (MES@SmartBit) using terminals.
WMS@SmartBit at Fornix d.o.o.
WMS@SmartBit Warehouse system monitors materials and products. It manages FIFO consumption of semi-finished products in production. The system is directly connected to production and enables the direct transfer of products to a location in the warehouse.
Data is consolidated in finance, which provides an effective control system through internal analyses and additional analyses established via MS Power BI.
The final result of implementing a comprehensive information system is the optimization of resources related to the information process, optimization of material and semi-finished product inventory, and an increase in production efficiency.
